What are coins and how do I use them?

LustChat's Coins let you continue chatting with characters after you've used up your plan's free messages.

Once your free quota is over (e.g., 100 chats for free users), coins are automatically used instead. The only way to earn coins is by completing tasks on the platform.

What kind of content does the service not support?

Real people (non-consensual deepfakes)

How does the NSFW/SFW categorization work?

When creating a character, you choose if it's SFW or NSFW. NSFW characters are only shown to users who enable adult content in settings.

Are my account and chats private

Yes, your account and chats are private and secure. Only you can see your conversations.

If you set your profile to public, it simply allows other users to view your profile and characters, not your private messages.

How can I appeal a character ban

Email support@lustchat.ai with the character name

Why is my character image marked as NSFW even though I marked it normal

All character images are manually reviewed by our team to make sure they follow our guidelines. If your image was marked NSFW and you believe that’s a mistake, contact support@lustchat.ai to request a second review.
